This website is operated by Elm2Rockwood LLC under the Saltwater + Main brand. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below, along with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Products + Orders

We do our best to accurately describe and display our products. Colors, sizing, materials, and handmade details may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.

Products, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors and to cancel or refuse an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, product availability, suspected fraud, or inaccurate order information.

Personalized + Custom Items

Many Saltwater + Main products are personalized or made to order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all information submitted with an order, including names, dates, zip codes, coordinates, spelling, colors, sizes, and other customization details.

Saltwater + Main is not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at saltwaterandmain@gmail.com. We will do our best to make a change if production has not yet begun, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Personalized and custom items are generally final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Saltwater + Main.

Shipping + Returns

Processing times, shipping information, damaged packages, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its supported payment providers. Saltwater + Main does not directly store complete credit or debit card information.

Intellectual Property

All original Saltwater + Main content, including product designs, graphics, photographs, branding, logos, written content, and other creative materials, is owned by or licensed to Elm2Rockwood LLC unless otherwise stated.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.

Purchasing a product does not grant permission to reproduce or sell the artwork or design associated with that product.

Customer-Provided Materials

If you provide photographs, logos, artwork, text, or other materials for a custom order, you are responsible for confirming that you have permission to use them.

We reserve the right to decline requests that we reasonably believe may violate another party's intellectual property rights or applicable law.

Website Use

You agree not to use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, including attempting to interfere with the website's security or operation.

Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, shipping, analytics, and other website functions.

We are not responsible for delays, outages, or other issues caused by third-party services that are outside of our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information and a reliable shopping experience. However, we cannot guarantee that the website will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
