Designs already available on the site typically have a shorter turnaround time. If you’re requesting a new or custom design, please allow additional time for design development and production — we want to make sure it’s just right.
All items are made to order to give each piece a thoughtful, intentional finish. Sourcing materials and creating your product may take a little extra time, and we appreciate your patience while we craft something especially for you.
New or custom designs may require additional design time and, in some cases, may include an added design fee.
