Shipping Policy
Many Saltwater & Main items are made to order and created specifically for each customer. Because of this, some materials and supplies may not always be readily available and may need to be sourced before your item is produced.
Orders typically ship within 6-8 business days, though processing times may vary depending on product availability and customization details. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note that shipping timelines may be slightly longer for custom or personalized items. We appreciate your patience as each piece is thoughtfully made with care.
Saltwater & Main is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our items are custom or personalized, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on those products.
For non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
